The Safety Pays employee incentive program is recognized as the most cost-effective approach available to reduce workers' compensation claims.

Safety Pays is designed to encourage employee cooperation and commitment to increased safety through an entertaining system of rewards and recognition both on a group and individual level.  The program utilizes a bingo mechanism, which allows employees to participate in cash awards, which grow progressively with each accident/injury free day.  In addition, a bonus component, which provides additional dollar incentives from employees, shows initiative and commitment to greater workplace safety suggestions and communication.
